Eglinton Annual Show 2024

We hope everyone enjoyed their sunny Saturday afternoon at Eglinton Show 2024.

The committee are delighted with the success of this years show. We would love to hear from you, tell us what you enjoyed or if you have any comments or thoughts on things that could be improved please let us know.

Our show field looked amazing in the sun, filled with wonderful crafts and businesses.

Thank you everyone for spending the day with us in Eglinton, we loved having you and hope to see you next year!

2024 Special Guest Una Quinn

Una Quinn, North Coast Gardener for National Trust, spent the day with us as our special guest.

Thank you so much Una for your time and kind words about Eglinton and Show Day.

Thank you for the time you took talking and engaging with so many people and for appreciating all the wonderful entries, displays and crafts.

Local Businesses

We are indebted to the 88 local businesses who advertised in the 2024 show brochure.

We really appreciate your support year after year.

Remember to take a look in the show brochure if you are in need of a local service.

The show relies on generosity from our neighbours in Faughanvale Presbyterian Church, Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Broadbridge Primary School, Hawthorn Heights Ltd, MacBlairs Eglinton, Lettershandoney & District Development Group, Brian at DGS Garden Sheds and Gabriel O’Hara for providing our sound. Thank you all!

The show could not happen without the support of all our volunteers who help us set up, pack away and the many jobs in between - thank you for all work your work and help.

A big thanks from Eglinton Annual Show to Cyril from Springrowth Garden Centre for his autumn planting tips, Gerry Mullan from Aidenville Pottery on his wheel all afternoon, Jane Gamble and her butter making skills, Sarah from Little Oaks Bookshop and her storytelling, Keith Bennett Woodturner and to Claire and Kerry from The Green Cat Bakery for all the fun in the gingerbread decorating corner.

Congratulations to all our 2024 Cup and Prize Winners

Every one of this year’s 936 entries is what makes the show so wonderful.

We appreciate the time and effort of all your work. Our Judges had the most difficult task of awarding prizes.

Thank you to all our judges who give their time free of charge and are always so willing to help.
